2. Subion and Services

2.1 Service Deion

  • HRMHook.com provides cloud-based Human Resource Management (HRM) software solutions
  • Services include employee management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, performance management, and related HR functions
  • All features are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis

2.2 Subion Terms

  • Subion fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly/annually)
  • Pricing may be modified with 30 days' notice
  • Subions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial subion periods
3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Requirements

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One subion may not be shared among multiple organizations
3.2 Account Security

  • Users must protect login credentials
  • Notify immediately of any security breaches
  • Company not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence
4. Data Privacy and Security

4.1 Data Collection

  • Service collects and processes employee and organization data
  • Users retain ownership of their data
  • Detailed data handling described in Privacy Policy

4.2 Data Security

  • Industry-standard security measures implemented
  • Regular backups performed
  • Data encrypted in transit and at rest
5. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws
  • Not reverse engineer the Service
  • Not access Service through automated means
  • Not transmit malicious code
  • Not interfere with Service operation
6. Intellectual Property

  • Response times based on subion level
  • Self-service resources available
8. Limitation of Liability

  • Service not liable for indirect, consequential damages
  • Maximum liability limited to last 12 months of subion fees
  • No warranty for service interruptions or data loss
9. Termination

Company may terminate service if:

  • Users violate Terms
  • Payment is not received
  • False information provided
  • Service is being misused
10. Changes to Terms

  • Terms may be modified at any time
  • Users notified of significant changes
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance
11. Governing Law

  • Terms governed by Malaysian law
  • Disputes resolved in Malaysian courts
  • Arbitration required before litigation
